Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with the original bill, provided:

  • Product is unused.

  • Original tags are attached.

  • Product is in original condition.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Clearance/Sale items

  • Damaged products due to customer misuse

Refund Policy

  • Cash refunds are generally not available.

  • Eligible products may be exchanged or provided as Store Credit.

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
